Your body is light and airy, floating above the ground.
Here is trees and flowers show you the unearthly beauty.
You smile at all living things and see how the trees sway slowly,
and through them you can see the bright blue sky, clouds passing slowly.
You can hear the birds sing and murmurous leaves of trees.

Slowly, you leave your body and begin to see yourself from the outside.
Timeline unwinds back – now you are one year old.
Look at yourself carefully. Next to you are your parents,
they smile at you and you answer them with giggle.
Your laughter scatters to the forest and soars high up,
the body as spirit follows him and also rises up and up.

You see the vast forests, lakes, brooks, hills and fields.
Wind picks you up and lifts you higher.
The horizon begins to be round.
Underneath,  already difficult to recognized shapes of people.

When you close your eyes, divine music starts inside of you.
The sound flows smoothly throughout the body.
Every part, every capillary filled with this sound.
Worldly thoughts leave you – anxiety, pain, fear and hatred.
Only love stay with you.

You are virginal pure.

その高らかな声が森を抜け　舞い上がっていく
精神としての身体は　それに従い
上へ上へと　昇っていく

広大な森　湖に小川　丘　そして野原
風が君たちを取り巻き　更に上へと連れて行く
地平線が　丸みを帯びていき
地上の人々の姿は　認識するのも困難になる

目を閉じると　君たちの内部で　素晴らしい音楽が始まる
音が響き渡っていく　すべての箇所　すべての血管が
その音で満たされて　地上の想念が離れていく
心配事や痛み　恐怖に憎しみ　・・・
ただ一つ　愛だけが残る

君たちは今まっさらで　汚れを知らない

君たちは　純潔そのもの
